• Desired items include unique experiences, travel, hotel stays, tickets to events or exhibits, home and health items, food and beverage certificates, wine, art, entertainment, fitness, and more! We love showcasing local businesses and experiences.

• All items should be in new or like-new condition.

• After submitting this form, a Ovation! team member will reach out for more details and images of your item.

• Completed procurement forms must be received by May 6, 2023. Items must be received by May 13, 2023. Procurement forms or physical items received after these deadlines will be held to be included in the following year’s auction.

• In order to ensure a positive experience for both item donors and event guests, Ovation! may selectively deny item donations for a variety of reasons.
