Peter Pan! Our Next Youth Musical Theatre Class!
The creative student in your life will love being a part of this fun program - Peter Pan!. Join Ovation!'s Director of Music and Education, Todd Hulet, as he leads this limited-size class in his own adaptation of the J.M. Barrie classic. Scholarships available. Ovation! is celebrating it's 20th production this summer and in honor of the occasion we have decided to restage our most popular show ever, Gilbert & Sullivan's Pirates of Penzance. Ovation! Establishes Scholarship Fund
Ovation! has created a Scholarship Fund to recognize graduating high school seniors who have demonstrated excellence in the performing arts and academically. The 2011 recipient is Bainbridge High School Senior, Carter Kight. To learn more about the program, click on the headline above. What is Ovation!?
Ovation! is a proud member of the performing arts community on Bainbridge Island. Celebrating eight years of Great Shows in 2011, Ovation!’s mission is to create and present quality theatrical experiences by and for our community, which reinforce our shared commitment to artistic excellence. This is achieved by engaging talented members of our community as a united force, working together to reach our goals.
In addition to producing two mainstage musicals a year, we also operate the Ovation! Performing Arts Academy which includes our two show choirs, GLEE and VOCE'.
Past productions include Cabaret, The Sound of Music ,Fiddler on the Roof, Oliver!, Into The Woods, Hansel and Gretel, Oklahoma!, Amahl and the Night Visitors, Disney's Beauty and the Beast, A Christmas Carol, The Pirates of Penzance and The Music Man.
