To bring Ovation!'s 15th Anniversary Season to a close, we are thrilled to be presenting The Music of Andrew Lloyd Webber. This dynamic show will spotlight Sir Lloyd Webber's amazing contributions to the world of musical theatre with staged numbers from his hit shows woven within a beautiful story concept designed by Director Tim Davidson. The show will feature music and hit songs from The Phantom of the Opera, Evita, Jesus Christ Superstar, Aspects of Love, Sunset Boulevard and Song & Dance.
The cast will feature 3+ females and 3+ males in lead roles and ensemble members who will sing and/or dance. There will be parts for a youth ensemble (8-12) a teen ensemble (13-17) and adults of all ages. Performers of all ages, ethnicities and gender identifies are encouraged to audition.
For the audition, please prepare 32 bars from a Broadway musical and bring piano music in your key for the accompanist. Please no acapella numbers. We will not be applying for equity waivers. All parts are open.
